Who we are

PHASE ONE ("we", "us") is an AI session planner for football coaches. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info — email, name, date of birth, and location you provide at sign up.
• Session data — the inputs you submit and the sessions you save.
• Billing info — handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data — basic logs for security and reliability.

Why we use it

• To run the Service (generate sessions, save your library, sign you in).
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve the product and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account when needed.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: our cloud database/auth provider, our AI model provider (to generate the sessions you request) and Stripe (for payments). We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. UK/EU under GDPR, California under CCPA), you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data. Email us to exercise these rights.

Children

PHASE ONE is for coaches and is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account on behalf of a child.

Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
