Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using PHASE ONE (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What PHASE ONE is
PHASE ONE is an AI-assisted session planner for football coaches. The Service generates training session outlines, drills, and coaching points based on inputs you provide. Generated content is a suggestion — you are responsible for assessing suitability for your players, environment and safety standards.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information at sign up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Sessions included in your plan reset each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access another user's account; scraping or reverse-engineering the AI outputs at scale; using the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or unsafe for the players involved.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code and branding, is owned by PHASE ONE. You retain rights to your own session inputs and saved sessions. You grant us a limited licence to process them in order to provide the Service.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
Sessions are produced by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a given group. You are the coach. Always apply professional judgement, safeguarding standards and risk assessment before running a session.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHASE ONE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including injuries occurring during sessions you run.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
